New York City, NY | April 20, 2015 33rd Street Walkscape . More Walkscape images can be found on @conceptual_ben In a nutshell this project is best described with the following statement.

Mostly unrestricted passage between Sierra Leone and Guinea has contributed to the spread of Ebola in those countries, according to a recent New York Times article that examines lost opportunities in the effort to arrest the outbreak. With photography by Reportage’s Daniel Berehulak, who has spent several months in West Africa covering the response to the virus. In the above photo, a villager walks a path that connects Sierra Leone and Guinea, illustrating the relatively easy access betwee...

In October, 2015, South Sudanese government soldiers rounded up a 13-year-old boy along with a group of men grazing their cows near the town of Leer, in Unity State. The boy and the men were then taken to a newly built military garrison and herded into a shipping container. The soldiers slammed shut the container door. The soldiers returned three times, shoving more men into the container, until they numbered at least 53 people. “It was so full, you could not change your position,” the boy told...

Then-candidate Donald Trump holds a copy of Time Magazine up in praise during a rally in VA. These days he seems to have abandoned his praise and use for a Press that doesn’t pander to his whims like sycophantic toddlers. This is a shot from my graphic book - The Comment Section. It’s now available. Order and get a signed print! The Comment Section creatively interprets the divisive political landscape during the 2016 United States presidential campaign. My cousin, Dalia, riding the carousel at the Santa Monica Pier. Wearing one of our grandmother’s old dresses. My grandfather shared the story about how when he and my grandma would travel, if they ever found themselves in a town with a carousel, they would make it a point to ride it. I love that. ©Lauren Randolph

YPRES, BELGIUM -  A preserved World War One trench at Sanctuary Wood near Ypres in Belgium. The wood was given it’s name because soldiers sheltered here from a bombardment as they tried to return to their units in November 1914. The muddy terrain around the trenches is still pocked with shell holes and smashed trees, giving visitors a powerful impression of conditions for soldiers during the Great War. Armistice Day is marked every year on November 11, the date that World War One ended in...

Luigi Galletta was 21-year-old mechanic in Naples, Italy. In August, he was working in his shop when a group of Camorra men attacked and beat him with their guns. Later that day, they returned and shot him in the chest, killing him. Galletta had no criminal record and it’s unclear what the motive behind the attack was, though some report that Galletta had refused an order from the men to modify their motorbike.Getty Images grant winner Salvatore Esposito is documenting the Camorra in Naple...
