Congress Hall, Berlin, Germany (circa 1958). Designed by American architect Hugh Stubbins Jr. with German architect Werner Duttmann, the Congress Hall was the result of a partnership promoting goodwill between the USA and Germany, sponsored by the Benjamin Franklin Foundation.
